When you use the chat, your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not keep a permanent copy of your conversation on this site. Your current conversation and draft stay in this browser tab's session storage until you close the tab or start a new conversation.

The service uses a short-lived, shared rate limit to protect the public chat. We log request IDs, status, latency, and model information to diagnose service problems, without logging your prompt text. OpenAI processes messages under its API terms. We request that API responses are not stored for conversation state.

If you schedule a call, the booking page is provided by Cal.com. The name, email, optional phone number, and any project note you enter there are handled by Cal.com to arrange the call. We do not send your chat history with the booking. For questions, email justin@justbuildbetter.com.
